BRASSERIE "H40"
Come and eat all your meals here. If our buffet breakfast is inspired by the mountains, lunch and dinner are more « bistronomique ». Our chef revisits a classic cuisine, either on the grill or slow-cooked in the oven.
Recommended: shoulder of lamb slow-cooked in hay, or our famous « elephant's ears » !

BAR "H40"
At the bar, come and relax in one of our comfortable armchairs around the open fireplace and enjoy a draft beer, one of our select cocktails or choose from our list of mountain wines from around the world. A number of « bistronomique » dishes will also be served at the bar.
Discover our selection of traditional Belgian beers, brewed by Grimbergen.
You must sample our “Elephant” draft beer, the first choice of Carlsberg.

Our restaurant « La Tavola » is directly inspired by our neighbors from the Aosta region, in Italy.
An authentic cuisine, organic and balanced. Also try one of our original pizzas straight from our pizza oven.
A strong recommendation: Lobster linguini
Our wine list is unique and only offers wines from different mountain regions.
Fine wines from across the world : France, Italy, Switzerland, as well as Chile, Argentina, New Zealand, South Africa…

Our first floor lounge bar, the « Surus », is named after Hannibal’s faithful elephant which was one of the forty elephants that crossed the Alps into Italy. This lounge bar with its Chesterfield style furniture is at the heart of the hotel, offers a perfect setting for you to have a quiet moment to yourself, catch up with the News or check your emails. A wide range of coffees, teas and infusions, as well as a collection of Rums from around the world.
To taste: savor a rum from the Guatemalan revolution, the Zacapa, straight from the barrel.
