ski & adventure

The village ski resort of La Rosière, is the only Franco-Italian ski area in the Northern Alps, and  retains the atmosphere of a traditional Alpine village thanks to the tight local planning rules.

Being located at an altitude of 1850 meters high, the resort has guaranteed snow cover from early December through to the end of April, and enjoys early high altitude snowfall due to its position on the Petit Saint Bernard pass.  It is also a south-facing resort and enjoys the same level of sunshine as the South of France.

The resort offers a wide range of activities and choice of runs for skiers of all levels. Ski into Italy in the morning, enjoy a traditional Italian pasta lunch at one of the local trattorias, or ski back into France in the afternoon for the real thing at “La Tavola”!.

Try Freeriding in the snowpark, sledging by day or night, paragliding, ski touring or snowshoeing.  The Col du Petit Saint Bernard is a renowned spot for kite skiing.  Guaranteed thrills !

It is the only French resort where you can heliski with ski-in, ski-out access to the slopes.
